Corporate Income Tax
Kentucky is the only state that requires a physical presence requirement in order to be subject to the corporation income and license tax.

This tax is a tax on the privilege of doing business in the State. The tax ranges from 5.6% – 9.0% with a state average of 8.3%.

Kentucky new employers’ rate is 2.7% for 3 years.
